Pat's Game

I don't know which was worst; the Pat's throwing the game away last night or Gil and Gino's call of said game?

I only heard the 3rd quarter on the radio, but the time really has come to dump the two of them. Gino is, by all accounts, a great guy, but the game has passed him by and Gil only half listens to what is said and couldn't even get the score out of his mouth without tripping all over it several times.

Does Sean McD. do football?

Yes, Sean McDonough does do football, for ESPN...college style and he is one of the best. He also does college basketball during the winter and usually gets some of the top games (at least the ones played in the northeast)

I may be wrong, but I think he used to do hockey on ESPN before they banished the broadcasts to the Outside(Outdoor?) Life Network.

I don't know how much the WBCN Patriots Rock Radio Network pays, but I'm sure McDonough is doing pretty well on the World Wide Leader.

I like listening to Gil and Gino when I'm in the car. Gil is unabashedly a "homer," much as Johnny Most was when he was high above courtside, but that's the beauty of a local broadcast.
He may slip up with certain facts now and then, but when I've heard that, he'susually corrected himself quickly.
I'd rather hear those two than some cookie-cutter, bland delivery.

Jamaine and Everett ( WEEI Show and caller ) should be The Pats Play by Play personnel . ;D
