Im coming to Denver to see my New England Patriots kick the Denver Ponies a$$ . After the game , I want to listen to all the ponies fans cry about why Denver loss . What are some of the Denver area sports Radio stations that I can listen to Denver Ponies fans weep ? If the Pats lose , I will be crying back to Boston . <P ID="signature">______________

So typical of Bostonians, no class (BTW they think the world ends at the beltline). And no I am not from Denver.

Suddenly I am the worlds biggest Denver fan!

Actually, I think Ed is from Providence, as he was unable to recognize a local cultural icon on the Boston board.

It's people like Ed Beal that make us look immature. Many New Englanders have class, but some like Ed Beal does not. Please don't get the wrong idea.

If most Patriots fans acted like that, I would be as well, but they're not. And I'm 30 minutes from Foxboro.

In any case, to make this thread useful and to answer Ed's question, the sports station in Denver appears to be KKFN "The Fan" 950 AM. And for Ed's urban tastes, he can also check out KQKS 107.5 FM.

I can vouch for this as I have a neighbor who is from Massachusettes (sp?) and he's a VERY classy guy. :)

Ummm...I think that would be me as I'm IN Denver. :)

However FYI though, the station that airs the Bronco games on radio is KOA 850, the 50,000 blowtorch. If night falls where you are before the game ends, you might even be able to hear the Dave Logan & Scott Hastings are they call the game. :)

Of course, I'll be watching on "The Tube" though :)

Um too bad Scott Hastings hasnt done the Broncos games all year. he left KOA and the Broncos in April to become a full time TV guy with Altitude, as color on Nuggets Telecasts and other shows on the station. Within the last couple of weeks he has started a midday show on The Fan with former Broncoo Alfred Williams.

Any team that is a fierce rival of my beloved Chiefs I shall route against in ANY playoff game!! GO PATRIOTS!!!! 850 KOA can have them broncos!!

I knew he was doing color for the Nuggets, but didn't know he was doing it full time though.

That's one more ex-chump seeing Chump Channel for what they are....

That said though....Does this mean that should the Broncos make it all the way to the Super Bowl, will Dave Logan be flying solo (as it were)? I would think not....

But then again, Larry Zimmer did it when Bob Martin died the night before the Broncos were humiliated by San Francisco in their last Super Bowl loss, so who knows....

I would say the Patriots had a little trouble hanging onto the ball...

As WBZ-AM 1030 of Boston would tell you, the world of a fan in Beantown ends at "128" (really the I-95 loop around Boston). Although I live in New England (Connecticut), I'm HAPPY that they're gone. Thank you Denver! :)

P.S. Did you mean Beltway with "Beltline"? The Beltway is in the Washington DC area. Wait...didn't Washington also lose yesterday? Why, yes, they did! (My brother LOVES Seattle.)

Spoken as a true person! KS 107.5 is a very bad Hip Hop Station.. I wonder why Jefferson Pilot didn't let KS die in the past? you are right about KS.. they are going down hill really fast! I wonder how long they can last??
