Hello everybody. I am producing a documentary on the 1977 Mr America, parade and golds Gym. I am searching everywhere to see if someone has a Paul Harvey airchwck that references the contest results. This would be from Between July 16-18 of 1977.
I am also lookin for video from a Tom
Snyder Tomorrow show that aired again. Etween the same time frame. Tom was in NY and interviewed guys from golds at midnight PST via satellite. This contest and parade were unique in their success and promotion, and a testament to Golds Gym owner Ken Sprague, in that he could get such mainstream media personalities and outlets to cover and mention his event. If anyone may have any of this, or know someone who does, please contact me here!
