Paul Tipa?

Did anyone know Paul Tipa? He worked overnights for WZZO throughout the 80's. He had a physical handicap. A muscle disease very similar to MS. He was in a wheelchair. Anyway he allowed my friends and I to hang with him at night at the old Westgate studios. We drove him nuts. He did'nt drink and we were always coming from a night out partying. But, we had a blast. I went to a WZZO Christmas party with him back in 1988. Through my association with him my friend met his sister over the phone! They started dating and got married. Then ironically he tried Arizona just like me and failed. He was in a car accident and came back. He never did radio again although there was a guy on 99.9 who sounded just like him. I called one night and asked if he was Paul and the guy said no. The last I heard he was selling insurance out of his Parent's house in Northern Lehigh County.

I remember him.. he was a good guy.. What about old chrome dome, Tom Huber, whatever happened to him??

I met Tom Huber a few times. Last I heard in the mid-90's he was in Philly on 102.5.

Philadelphia doesn't have a 102.5. Reading?
