Paxson's WPXO-LP apparently sold

The Pax/i station WPXO-LP licensed to East Orange has apparently been sold to an outfit called Caribevision. It's existence never made a lot of sense to me, but it's there at Empire. This was the station (then W23BA) that immediately after Sept 11 got an STA to move to channel 31 and boost power to try to replace that station when the WTC was destroyed.
