PAYING SOUNDEXCHANGE DIRECTLY

I was reading the SoundExchange website yesterday, to find out how much SWCast and Loudcity are making off of every broadcaster they sign up and I saw that microcasters (which in this case would be a lot of the station owners that make only a few hundred per month and that own one station) would pay a minimum of $600, with $100 going to have the ability to not send SoundExchange reports monthly. This isn't too bad compared to what LoudCity and SWCast charge, along with having the liberty to basically do what you want with your station in order to be legal.
Please correct me if I'm wrong about this process...

The limiting factor for microcasters is the maximum ATH per month of about 1400. (They list it at 18,000, plus or minus, per year.) You'd have to set your server to 10 maximum simultaneous listers to safely stay within those limits.

Also, don't forget the ASCAP/BMI/SESAC fees. They come close to $1K a year. That, plus stream host charges, will put you close to $2K per year.
