PBS Membership Drive

Most pledge drives today seem to be in March, August and either October and/or January. (Clearly avoiding regular networks "Sweeps months").

Interesting that you should point out March and August. They are also donation pledge month for Prager University (PragerU), the
5-minute video, educational resource of national talk show host Dennis Prager.
 
For PBS, their third pledge drive is between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I assume they figure people are feeling more generous during that time frame.
