Anyone have any info on this station? What happened to the old PD at Mix? is it a good station to work for? Anyone familiar with the GM?

Any and all information is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Gary

It's your typical AC station with John Tesh in the evenings. The morning show is hosted by Dr. Sam who has been in Montgomery for 15 to 20 years...he's not going anywhere unless he does something stupid. There has been a rotating door in his co-pilot seat ever since he has been there.

The middays and afternoons are geared towards the at work crowd. In all truth I am not sure who the PD is...but I thought it was Jay St.John. I haven't really followed Mix 103 all that much except for when they link up with Today in Alabama on WSFA 12 for morning trivia.

I've never worked for Cumulus or these stations but it seems from the outside to be a good place to be.

I would agree, that the group of stations seem to be pretty good. Most Ontgomery radio stations are pretty decent on an overall scale. There are pros, and cons to each situation, obviously....
