From today's TRI Newsletter: Greensboro, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, Memphis and Hartford all go “live” as of the December book – which actually contains just eight calendar days in December. That's because Arbitron dissects the year into 13 books, adding a “Holiday Book." Its “December” actually runs November 11 through December 8. Arbitron is already live in 43 markets, having added 10 as of the September survey.
