Penquin station in Wilmington

Can anybody help me wiht who owns this station and aparently two tohers and how they are doing and the management.
 
No it is not owned by Sea-Comm Media

The station is owned by Ocean Broadcasting. The station is housed at Sea-Comm and is operated on an LMA.

The deal was just renewed...but only for a 6 month period.

The station's website has been dead for months now....rumor is Sea Comm can't/won't buy it.
