Pensacola's Ticket 97.1

So... WTKP licensed to Port St. Joe was broadcasting from Panama City Beach and W246BN licensed to Atmore was broadcasting from Pensacola.

Hey, as long as the tower is within 50 miles of the COL.

What a way to mess with the Feds.

drove by the 93.5 site on hwy 22 today on the way to one of my transmitter sites and noticed that the power company has installed the 3 phase service so something is happening.....

Speaking of the Omni stations, does anyone know what's going on with the two Fort Walton translators?

It looks like 103.7 W259AN is going to replace 94.3 W232CF as WFDM 1400's translator?
What happens to 94.3 W232CF?
Is this fallout of iHeart chasing Omni away to protect WFLF-FM's monster Gulf Coast signal?

I've never heard a TOH ID (literally within 5 minutes of the TOH) that only ID'd "97.1 W246BN Pensacola" without mentioning the parent WTKE (AM) Milton.
