can anyone determine if the people meter experiment is working? if so, who is benefitting the most and who's getting hurt? i've been out of town for about a month, need an update.
 
So far the music stations like BOB-FM and 3WS have done well, as has the X (but that's probably more about hockey).

KD and 104.7 have seen a little negative impact but not profound.

This is similar to what has happened in other markets as well.
 
WAMO, in their final month on the air, had terrible PPM numbers. That was expected (not least by Sheridan), as the
PPM has the effect of dropping minority stations to minority ratings, so much so that Arbitron has been called before
Congress to answer questions.
