PERRY MASON ON DVD THIS WEEK

Season one is out on DVD this week. I was thinking of picking it up. Anyone have any recollections of the series? I know it was mainly a courtroom drama & am wondering just how simplistic the plots will seem now.

Perry Mason, starring Raymond Burr, ran first run on CBS for 10 years
(1957-1967) I believe. It was very well written and featured many actors
who later became big stars on their own. Aside from the dated clothing
and scenery, the shows still hold up well. Plenty of suspense and plot
twists to hold your attention. The show reruns ran on the Hallmark Channel
for quite some time before they pulled it off the schedule to give it a rest.
I don't think you'll be disappointed once you start watching the episodes.
