Wow, that was quick. The show seemed awkward. The few times I listened it all seemed forced in that it didn't seem the three were clicking.

Ouch! Awkward or no awkward, this makes Frank look rather silly, after all that hype and press. As for Persky, safe to say his days in Portland radio are over. Frank better hope they have a good book to deflect attention!

Better make it a double, barkeep!

Without getting personal, what is it about him? I always enjoyed listening to him on the blimp, but felt the Frank gig (from a listener standpoint) seemed forced. Is he difficult to work with or what? Is it a matter of finding the right chemistry with a co-host? Inquiring (nosey) minds want to know.

The show did sound awkward with Persky. It's safe to say that chemistry takes time. Anytime you put 2, 3 or more people on a show and say be creative, be compelling, be funny then all 3 have to buy into the game plan and their respective role on the team. It's also safe to say that when one of them doesn't, there will be problems. It appears safe to say that Persky was the one member who didn't do that. There were several days when he wasn't even on the air and the show has been on for less than a month.

I don't think Frank has to worry about any negative fallout. Particularly after the way Persky went out at BLM. It doesn't take a genius to figure this out.

I won't miss him.I listened for about 1 hour to him on Frnak, and that was more than I could take. I think he lasted all these years because he was a great self promoter and 'BLM was the only game in town.

On the contrary Jimmie Beam. I agree with $5 Dollar below. Frank stood no risk here, instead they took a chance and cut bait, apparently, very quick. I respect both, taking a chance and cutting bait. The latter is far harder to do than the former and defintitely takes some balls.
Normally a wise letch, I think you're way off on this one.
