Personalities Working From Remote Locations?

Are a lot of the local radio personalities currently broadcasting from their homes, or other places outside their stations' studios?

Tom Sullivan says he's in his home office doing his syndicated show. He's using a $29 app for his Ipad that his IT guy found for him. I didn't get the name but the show sounds the same as in the studio except his audio isn't as clean. I think he needs to add more curtains and pillows to his office:)

Mark Simone sounds good from wherever he is, except that the stream goes haywire every few minutes, then there's a pre-recorded announcement about technical difficulties and he comes right back. Other than that its hard to tell a difference.

At least 2 of the personalities on WNSH 94.7 mentioned they can't answer phone calls, because they're not broadcasting from the station's studio. They asked listeners to text their music requests, instead.

I was listening to 1010 WINS over the weekend (Radio.com) and the anchor said he was broadcasting from home.

They moved their weekday anchors around a bit while they set up home locations. I think morning drive is back to "normal" now with them broadcasting from home. They had moved their midday anchor, Susan Richard, to morning for a while as they worked out the logistics.

Best all-around talk show host in NY radio, perhaps in the country, in my opinion.
