Personality vs Jocks?

Who lasts longer in this business? Jocks or Personalities? Who makes more money? What happens when you pair a Jock with a Personality? Or pair up two Jocks or Two personalities? To answer any of these questions you have know the difference between the two. Seems to me Terrestrial radio would be better off if it started weeding out the jocks.

Jocks play music. Personalities talk. If you want music radio, get jocks. If you want a talk station, get personalities.

Does that mean jocks are card readers...er, liner jocks?

An on-air personality can play music AND think of something
to say. Sometimes they can actually grab the attention of the
listener and keep them interested in their station.
