No stations have double digits. WBLK and WYRK remain #1 and #2, although WYRK declined again.

ALT Buffalo has a 1.1. Entercom still can't figure out that the demos they are targeting aren't interested.

WECK declined to a 2.6, but that number is good enough to beat JACK. Some of these stations must be totally valueless by now. EMF has a lot of that Jesus money to buy some of these lost souls...
