Pete from Houston

Greetings from Pete, ham callsign KF5ND, in Houston TX. I'm not on ham radio much, mostly I dabble in SWL, AM BCB DX in the winter, and I want to try FM BCB DX, especially Sporadic E skip. We don't have any local AM-HD stations, but would love to get a lock on some DX AM-HD stations this winter with my Sangean HDR-14. When I retire in a few years, I want to get back on HF ham radio, kind of busy with work & family now.
