The KCAA 1050am website now lists Pete Moss with a picture (an old one !) as doing overnights on the Riverside-San Bernardino talk outlet. KCAA is the station that got a lot of national press the past few days as it is running old Imus shows in morning drive.
I just phoned KCAA and talked to the night board op. She told me KCAA is currently a daytime signal that signs off at 7:15 pm right now but streams on the web 24/7. She told me the station is awaiting approval to be on air 24/7 and believes Pete Moss would be on overnight as their web site indicates.
And what if they are? Where is it written that a broadcaster has to pander to everyone under 40? Pete is a veteran pro and a good friend. I wish him all the success in the world, even if it's not your world.
