Peter and the Butler from Zoo-98

I heard The Butler doing a radio ad recently and quoting B.A. Barracus from "The A-Team".

Peter was, at least as recently as a year or two ago, the midday jock on one of the satellite delivered AC formats. Can't remember which one. It may have been one of Westwood One's offerings.

Update: I did a quick search. It's actually ABC's Hits and Favorites. He's still there.

I am quite frankly a bit surprised Butler Yates is still alive.

The "Peter and The Butler" concept was a brilliant one. Unfortunately the actual program didn't sound anything like the concept.

Radiosaur, you're absolutely right!! I had forgotten about that. When I used to listen to the old KPIK in Beebe, Peter used to man the 10-3 shift and KPIK was on a satellite feed. Someone had told me that the feed actually came from Dallas. I believe KPIK may have been one of the first stations in central Arkansas that used satellite feeds. I may be mistaken.
