Peter Marshall, Hollywood Squares host

He was the father of former Major League Baseball player Pete LaCock, who played for the Chicago Cubs. Yes, LaCock was Marshall's actual surname, too. It obviously had to be changed for a career in radio and TV.

A long life lived, just like with Monty Hall and Bob Barker. Because of him and NBC, it gave stars like Paul Lynde a place 'on the square' to belt out their one-liners. One of the last "professional" game show hosts out there, full of class. May he rest in peace. Say hi to the stars up there while you're at it
