Peter Wolf WUMB Friday Night Fish Fry Live Broadcast

Brilliant idea. Perfect for this station. They should offer it to other non-com AAA stations around the country. I bet it would be a hit.

Makes more sense than "World Cafe," which airs on WUMB and other non-comms, in that the elderly host and the music he's playing are familiar to many of the station's similarly senior listeners. Although some AAAs might be more interested in giving their stations more appeal among younger folks rather than doubling down on 65+. The J. Geils Band's heyday was 40 to to 50 years ago.

The listener phone calls are funny. I just heard Wolf get a call from a woman who told him she's listening in Toledo, Ohio. Wolf was incredulous, asked her how she was doing that! The woman reminded him of this newfangled thing called the internet!
