Sure looks like the 'Shuffle' has been a roaring success
for Q101 and Emmis- LMFAO

Wonder how they feel about WLUP's abysmal ratings and temporary
spike in the next book by Johnny B?

Wonder what the genius' at the Merchandise Mart will do next?

Emmis doesn't care. Both stations are money makers and have no competition.
Why change anything at this point?

I'd say that q101 will recover soon, since its competition has been eliminated. If you remember, we've seen this once before with q101...

Still, dont underestimate the billing power of that cluster, since that is what REALLY matters. Both heritage stations, both practically NO competition.

But, most of all, remember that the ratings system is highly flawed and can only be taken with a grain of salt. It neglects a huge chunk of q101's target demo who is at college your 20-somethings without a land line. q101's ratings are probibly slightly higher than the ratings would have you believe.
