Craven i bet you feel lucky you never made radio a full time job aka chris randolph jill laurens joe elliott look what happened to them

Yeah, I kind of had that in the back of my mind all these years. The only job that pays less than teaching, radio! Over the years I've had a few PD's ask me what it would take to get me to do it full time. I'd tell them what I was making as a teacher and they'd tell me that wouldn't work, lol.
 
My uncle who use to sell radio told me the business end is where the money is not the talent end be it on air or production or whatever.
Is it still true is there good money to be made in the sales part of it? I guess it is so different today with all the clusters.
