First off, a new site would work. You could get one very inexpensive now, I know a few good people. The free sites are the cheap way out of it. Try to get your stations listed on iTunes Radio, your current peak of 4, could be 400 if you get listed. Also go for Windows Media, but to get approved on that side, you need to prove you pay royalties too all companies, as well as signing craploads of paperwork.

For the hosting, you could get an inexpensive package for $7.00 a month, thats 7 less coffee's.

In terms of streaming, ditch the current provider your with and sign up for a better package @ 128kbps, for now you'd only need 25 slots, and from Stream247.net , you could get that for only $28.00
