Phil Hendrie - Back?

Phil's blog page (at least I think it's him)...http://herbsewell.blogspot.com/index.html...features what looks like a legit ad for a new Phil Hendrie show - weeknights...10pm - 1am PST. Thru TRN. To start 6/25. True? Although I know a lot of news/talk PD's don't get his act...and yes, I know, aparently too many potential listeners didn't either...I say, if true, WELCOME BACK PHIL!
 
His acting career never took off. The sitcom he was in didn't last more than a few episodes. Now Lionel has vacated late night, which leaves him an opening. With Premiere he had an in with the Clear Channel lib talk stations. Doubt he can get many libtalkers back with TRN, even those that had taken Lionel from WOR.

The ad says 10PM - 1AM Pacific time. THat's what, 1AM - 4AM Eastern?

Good to have him back - and note that its TERRESTRIAL radio!
 
Yes he is back, there is still some uncertainty about the format of the new show. I'm trying to get an interview with him done so the fans know what to expect. I post the details as soon as I get them on the Phil Hendrie News site.

Not sure what stations are picking him up...an alternative to Noory. TalkRadioNetwork's site says it's
part of their "TRN-FM"

I listened to the show last night and methinks he'll eventually go back to the old format. He is very erudite and very knowledgable in his rants which almost seemed like Michael Savage on 2% Milkfat Milk. VERY refreshing...I'm looking forward to turning on his show again tonight.. There is an affiliate list on Phil's website.
