Any thoughts on the numbers and do you foresee any changes with any of the radio stations in town as a result of the latest ratings?

September ratings (August 11 - September 7) will be released 9/26/2016

Pretty dull bunch of numbers, no huge jumps or drops. And even the two that moved most -- WUSL and WMGK -- stayed within their four-month range. I'd say any changes based on this book would have to be based on the meaningful numbers only the station insiders and ad agencies get to see, not these "beauty pageant" figures.

Nobody makes changes based on a single summer month.

WIP should be concerned about its consistent 25-54 male erosion which started just after Andy Bloom left.

WPHT Ratings Bump

CBS's timing in getting the Phils off of WPHT pays off - WIP's flat and WPHT bumps up by sticking to their talk programming. Wonder if they can hold that number through the second half of the Fall after the election's over.

And if WIP is losing its bread-and-butter - 25-54 males - is axing Bloom-hire Innes smart or just politically correct?
