Phillies' broadcast team not finalized yet...

Do ya think they could wait a little longer? My vote is for Steve Degler, the voice of the Reading Phillies...he has paid his dues in the minors, and does a great job.

I understand that Scott Graham's exit was a surprise to some of his fellow broadcasters.
 
I'll agree. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Steve did some Reading games in the past for CN8, right?

We've talked about him before. I think he subbed for the NL Phils on the radio a couple years ago. He sounded quite good - was surprised to then find out he was in Reading.
