Phillies levels on WPHT

I listen to the Phillies games via the MLB At Bat app, which carries the WPHT broadcast.

On away games, the commercials, bumpers, etc are incredibly low and the announcers are incredibly loud. MLB says this is the station, not the stream provided by MLB.

Is the AM feed like this too, or am I just going to be stuck with crappy audio on away games?
 
Could it be that there's a kink or two in the mechanics in the MLB platform which receives the WPHT broadcast?

Try listening to Sunday with Sinatra on WPHT on Sunday mornings. . .the music is way over modulated, Sid Mark sounds like he's whispering, and the commericals blow out your ears. So the Phillies feed to MLB.com might be on WPHT's end.
