I saw that Phillipsburg TV has NYC And Philly Stations but none hardly ever go their exept for NYC statons if their is a flood. but in Northern Warren County with Service Electric Cable they only have NYC stations there. and there is Comcast northwest in Hackettstown i notice that they have a few philly stations there I do not know if that changed. Warren county is in the NYC DMA. NYC stations occassionaly go there if there is a flood along the Delaware such was the case recently. but Phillipsburg in in nYC TV territory and philly never gpes there why is their Philly tv there?

You are beating a dead horse. Read the replies to the "Hunterdon County" thread you posted yesterday. Same response applies here.
