Philly Kid TV Trivia Question

Please help settle a discussion...

Were Pixanne, Pete's Gang, Bertie the Bunyip, and Gene London's Cartoon Corners ever shown nationally?

Sally Starr, Happy the Clown, and Chief Halftown were local only, right?

Is it true shows like these weren't taped and, therefore, can never be seen again?
