Philly- true home of drive by media

The news anchors and anchorettes in Philly are so in love with OBama that they can't report objectively about him for the simple fact that 99.6% of them are liberals. Its about time we get some OBJECTIVITY IN JOURNALISM. Ok Bush wasn't good and McCain wasn't a good choice but the coverage of OBama is utterly pathetic. Show some honesty and integrity in your reporting.

It's simple. Do what I do. Don't watch. Objectivity in journalism on local TV, that's an oxymoron. It does not exist in the U.S. anymore on local TV news, and very little in communications anywhere. It's no longer news, it's simply fluff. The news directors at these stations are some of the most despicable human beings on the planet. There are so many voices and views out there today in the digital age, watching local news should be taken with a grain of salt. Anyone who says otherwise, and there have plenty of folks on this board who tell me they still watch, are drinking the Kool Aid that these stations are serving. Sorry, I'm not thirsty.

I thought Delaware County (where I grew up) was the home of drive-by Media (Drexel Hill, too)? ;D :-[

But I agree - the press is fluff anymore.
