Philly's analog night-light

When analog goes away on 2/17 many channels in Philly will either switch or simply turn off analog. KYW has been on its final channel (26) for some time now and only needs to turn off VHF 3. 8)

With this in mind can KYW simply switch full operations to KYW-DT and run either by themselves or with help VHF 3 analog for those poor souls who did not go digital with a channel to watch telling them they need to go digital and how to do so. ::)

I believe the FCC is allowing these analog 'night-lights' where possible till 3/17. The only digital use of 3 in the region is Roanoke, VA with 2 and 4 being so far away it's silly to mention. :-\

Don't get me wrong, I've been DTV ready since 2004 and get Baltimore and Philly quite solidly in Dover, DE. It's just to help the remaining people and give NTSC a proper swan song in Philly. :D
