Phoenix and Gallup in the Rio Grande Valley

While driving near McAllen today, I pulled in both KTAR FM (Glendale/Phoenix) and KXXI (93X) from Gallup, NM.

I have received E Skip here in the Valley from Florida and the Carolinas, but this was a first from Arizona and New Mexico down here.
