Is there an FCC rule that requires KPHE to have it's 44.1 on a low-power channel, while 44.2 can be a full-powered signal via KPHO? Makes sense to me for them to be reversed, especially with their live sports needing to have valley-wide coverage.

Same goes for KSAZ/10.1 to be piggybacked onto KUTP/45 (RF 26), with 10.2 to be on RF 10.
 
You beat me to it...I was about to start posting my updates again this weekend after a 6-month absence (thank you Pinal County!).

A question: can you receive the ATSC 3.0 broadcast on KFPH-CD RF 35? I'm in west Chandler and cannot receive it. The signals from KASW and KGRY-LD come in just fine.

I believe it is perfectly legal, given the flexibility in the rules about channel sharing for individual streams.

Yes, I can receive KFPH-CD's ATSC 3 Channels with an 80% signal with an old school rooftop antenna near Sky Harbor Airport. Also, look like 3TV's ATSC 3 Channel is now experimenting with Interactive Features.

The Reader's Digest version (IYKYK) is that as an IT professional for the AZ Dept. of Revenue, I was heavily involved in fixing the Pinal County Transportation Tax debacle, which has dominated my time for the past 6 months. What time I had left has been split between family and ministry, leaving the TV research out in the cold. I'm finally back to the point where I have free time to think about TV.

As soon as I saw this post, I went to channel 22.1 to confirm, but all I was seeing was the same infomercials as before. As of tonight, however, I am now seeing NBT - National Black Television.
