August 2013 age 6+ overall publicly released ratings for subscribing stations cover the survey period of Thu. 7/18/13-Wed. 8/14/13.
Next survey period will be September 2013 covering Thu. 8/15/13-Wed. 9/11/13 with the data delivery date being Tue. 10/1/13.

Isn't a 3.0 the highest 6+ share KMVA has ever had? Too bad for Trumper it can't be Summer all year!

Wonder if any KOY music listener turned the dial to 14~Forty. Nah..they're probably streaming now.

And look what Mother Hubbard is getting with their purchase of Gumpdusky. Strong performers in Phoenix, and the Seattle stations are just as strong. Was $85.5m for all six (plus 4 Ancient Mods) a steal?

Well, if anyone needs further proof that Classic Hits and Classic Rock are the most popular genres in Phoenix radio today all one needs to do is look at the link. KEZ is holding on to #2 probably based on the popularity of Beth McDonald's morning drive program. It simply can't be all us olde fartes keeping the Classics in the top spots. Got to be some kids in there too.

I would have except (1) I can't get the Goldmine where I live and drive and (2) every time I do manage to get it there is a spammercial running.

It seems that one Towers Mountain rimshot is starting to give Mix some headaches...

Once thought marginal players, these rimshots are more and more running with the big dogs. Is it because they're filling a niche, or more of the right demo hangs where their signal goes? The Nurse and I can't help but notice that the wide open spaces between Phoenix and Prescott Valley are becoming less wide open. Another reason why KAHM is moving their stick to Towers Mtn.

Maybe a number of the PPM's this time around ended up in the hands of twenty something women in Glendale, Peoria, and Surprise???
