Phoenix Station Shuffles Morning News Anchors???

Another board is reporting that a Phoenix station has "shuffled" its morning news anchors! Anyone notice any changes in the past few days?

Which board, or more importantly, which station and which anchors?
Inquiring minds want to know! ;D
 
'Well, the problem is that it was a Monday headline for a "paid" site that I'm too cheap to subscribe to! :D

I'm just wondering if anyone has noticed any changes this week.

You mean Neon Philharmonic is now anchoring weekends on KNXV-TV? ;D
(Sorry, younger posters, most of you'd probably have to be of a certain age to "get" the reference.)

So which one is doing the mornings to weekends U-Haul shuffle? They have had one anchor
(can't recall her name) who has bounced between the two positions several times during 2010.

I believe the anchor is Nicole Beyer.

It's been interesting with the shuffle on ABC 15. Ever since Jenn Burgess left there has been shake up on the morning and weekend anchor news.

I guess Lori Jane Gliha is now out of weekend anchor, back to investigative journalist ???

I think Susan Casper is off the 4:00 P.M. Newscast and back into morning anchor with Kirk and Rebecca.
 
Susan Casper, previously co-anchored the 4pm newscast, was also working the new "Now@9" show. It would make sence to move Susan back to AMs and not have her cover such a long stretch.

Also, a post on TVSpy is reporting the "KNXV Phoenix...their main weather guy is going to Chicago". No more "Tell Us Bellis"?

If Susan is anchoring in the mornings, then I can watch ABC15 mornings again. Rebecca and Susan are true class acts -- perhaps they should replace Katie and Stevie in the evenings.

Sad to see that Bellis may be leaving. He is one of the best mets in Phoenix -- actually explains what's going on rather than just reading temps. (The other good met is Jayme King on Fox 10 -- again telling us what's going on). Yes, I know that I didn't mention Dave (I'm sure that he's a great guy), but let's face it -- Dave's phoning it in most nights at this point.
 
I don't see Nicole Beyer bios on ABC15 website anymore. Did she switch station?
I only watch the NOW@9 show once but I'm not impressed with it...
I still watch the ABC15 evening news with Steve & Katie & Bill because it is easy to watch, lots of info and fun!
Anyone has the latest rating?

When I've had the chance to see it, I've found this show to be fast paced and fun. The hosts do have good chemistry. It's a great break from all those lifestyle shows that are actually hour-long infomercials that many stations fill time with.

If I had a choice between Now @ 9, the last hour of 3 or 10's morning show, or the third hour of Today (although it's not as much of a train wreck as the fourth hour), I would gladly choose Now @ 9.

But did Bellis tell us when he was leaving? He was on today's (Tuesday 12/21) Jive At Five 'cast.
There was also a promo that he would be doing a weather feature story on the 10:00.
 
ABC15 is playing the farewell Bill msg again tonite but no mentioning on Bill's last day.
Stations tend to loose people because they are good but I like to stick with those good fun faces. Hopefully, ABC15 can find a good fun weather person to replace Bill.
