If your indepndent, Shoutcast is your best bet. They just launched their own iphone app. You will either have to have dual Windows Media AND MP3 streams or just the MP3 stream to be listed in Shoutcast though.
Getting your own app is the best bet, otherwise you'll be lost in the sea of garbage. Shoutcast has become useless because of any moron who thinks they can broadcast getting into it.

For the monthly price of a VIP membership on Live365, you can download Radio365-Mobile. The list of phones is somewhat limited at the moment, but there's a whole section devoted to it on the Live365 Message Boards which you can find here so you can monitor it's development.
You can also follow Live365 on Twitter from here as well as the Network Status blog here (Blog Page) or here (RSS Feed) as there are some updates posted there as well.

FSTREAM is a good choice for the iphone from what I hear (it has access to shoutcast directory in it plus you can add your own links)
