Phone Patch/Hybrid

I would like to add the functionality of a phone patch to my home studio. I want to be able to record phone interview type sessions (mic in studio/guest on phone) as well as be able to have someone listen in on sessions. I have a USB mixer I use to route audio into my PC.

Everyone was so helpful with the mic proc thread I thought I would ask what kind of phone patch is working for you. I can't afford ISDN as of yet so a simple phone patch will suffice, preferrably under $500 (well under $500 would be nice). I was looking at the JK Audio Broadcast Host Desktop Digital Hybrid. Would this do what I want? Anyone using it or something better? Cheaper and better?

I appreciate your feedback. Thanks!

JK Audio is good stuff. I use the THAT-1. They should have a solution that works for you

The JK Audio Digital Hybrid ($450) is great! I installed one for an ad agency I used to work with.

I'd like one myself. For the time being I use the Excalibur HC-1 handi-coupler ($100 BSW). It's not as versatile as the JK...but gets it done. If you want to record phoners, etc, then go with the JK. The HC-1 is just a patch for listening.
