Pink Papers are about to Fly

Wow! I thought I had a bitter streak but you guys win! With all this speculation, this crew ought to be into day trading and making the big $$$ instead on demonizing the entire broadcast industry. Truly, I have too much time on my hands.

Some people may be bitter, but the majority see the writing on the wall. Anyone else just has their heads buried in the sand if they don't believe Citadel will be making lots of changes going forward.

I, personally, have not sold yet.
I've been chasing-it-down since $2.5, so I figure I'm "improving my basis..."
:)

When I was a broker we pitched it as "lowering your average cost". :) If it were a growth oriented company, buying more wouldn't actually be a bad idea.

For the record I bought 500 shares last week. Shit, it only cost $500... why not?

.... and your lucrative career of staring at the wall has more merit? Get over yourself. Once again you will make up excuses for anybody and everybody in that building. I just don't understand why.

I actually LEAVE my house each day to go to work, as opposed to you who sits in front of your email waiting for that work order that will never come.
I am not making up an excuse; but pointing out that as usual you don't have concrete proof that it is indeed Gresh himself and not his brother or his wife that posted it. I also hate that based on the info, he is no longer working at the Score as he was the best person there on air. I am extremely confident that he will find a permanent gig either in Bristol CT or NYC shortly. Also, 99.7 simulcasting WPRO is Very good.

Good idea....It's a GREAT idea. Let's name all the successful formats that have been tried on that frequency. The Edge, The Hawk, The Disco format, lately The Score. I'm sure I'm missing a few, how many have ever garnered more than a 1 rating point share? What flavor Kool Aid is Citadel serving today Wknd ?

The engineers need to finagle a way to get the 99.7 stick closer to Providence. That frequency is a loser until the signal gets better.

Interesting thought about WPRO moving to FM. I firmly believe that both WPRO and WHJJ will eventually move to the FM dial. Probably in 5-10 years. Citadel and CC will get smart and broker the AMs. If they're still in business, that is.

WOW.... if you are as focused at your job as you are at keeping things on topic here, you must be an amazing asset to your company. I'm going to end this little joust with you here since we are about a post away from the moderators taking this outside. As difficult as it is for you to manage, try to stay on topic next time. Since this is a radio board, how about you limit your cheap shots to people in Radio like I do. ;-)
