PIPELINE FROM TRAIL, BC TO NORTH IDAHO

All three Trail, British Columbia FM stations were in today at 'armchair
copy" level circa 2020-2040 GMT:
94.9 CBTA 13,500 watts CBC Radio One programming
95.7 CJAT 13,500 watts Astral Radio running Top 100 of 2010, local
Trail advs.
104.1 CHRT listed 102 watts (sounds like 100X that?!) Also running
Top 100 of 2010 but not in sync with 95.7....IDs
as "Mountain FM"...advs for Castlegar, Grand Forks
and Trail.
Approx 110 miles away (all heard previously but not all at same time)...all
on top of their respective frequency....sounded more like I was in Trail & not, in fact, in Coeur d'Alene.

Anybody got any other WATTAGE info on CHRT 104.1?
I tried calling them...all I get are recordings like "we must have the volume
up too high to get your call!"...
