The Communications General Corp. newletter out of the north county area reported that the FCC has shut down the 106.1 pirate. The station was run out of a house at 3020 Monroe, San Diego owned by Russell Greene and leased by Dwayne Sutherland. Both were sent letters to cease operations. The FCC measured the ERP at 58kw but the CGC engineer doubts it was that much.
