Pirate at 91.1FM?

Heard interference listening to 91.3FM WLRN while driving on I-95 around 10th Avenue in Lake Worth so I tuned down-one and found what I think is a pirate station at 91.1- it was playing hip-hop/reggae. It was still there last Sat. 7/29, haven't been in the area to check today- it was on from just north of Forest Hill Blvd. down to Lantana Road.
Anyone else hear it or know what it is? Who should we notify of such occurences?

That's not a pirate station. That's a legitimate licensed Class-A station - '91-JAMS' - out of Ft. Pierce. Their signal penetrates deep down into Palm Beach County at times.

Thanks Major, I thought Pirate b/c I could only hear it in a small local area, but it came in very strong there...
