Pirate - Choice FM - For Sale??

Bad for the community! I would love to see Touch FM operators behind bars. Criminals breaking federal law. I am disgusted about everything I am hearing about Touch FM. Pirate stations cluttering the public airwaves, blocking reception of legitimate, licensed radio stations - taking the airwaves AWAY from the people. Two thumbs down to Touch FM.
I will personally be contacting the FCC the next time I am "driving tothe office".

You wanna play this game? OK - let's play. Not only do I intend to talk to the FCC about shutting down this illegal pirate, I intend to also talk to the Mass. Real Estate Licensing Board about revoking the state-issued license of real estate company Burton Associates for violating the code of ethics by knowingly and willfully supporting an organization that is breaking federal law. Maybe a call to the National Association of Realtors is in order as well.

This is not OK - and all of the political correctness on the planet will not make it OK. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time...
 
and every one of these pirates is taking away paying jobs from honest, hard working radio professionals.

anyone involved with an illegal unlicensed pirate operation should be dealt with in the harshest manner possible, including deportation. It's hard enough trying to sell time on a leased time ethnic as it is without illegal operations undercutting you. Workmans comp? Payroll taxes? Complying with those pesky F.C.C. affirmative action laws, E.A.S. system? Zoning?

The owner of every company supporting a pirate by purchasing air time should be charged with aiding and abetting.
