Pirate, Dx, Pipeline, "Now 102"?

Yeah, I don't consider the regular Victoria sticks (CKKQ, CIOC, CBU-FM-1 and to a lesser extent CHTT) to be DX signals as those are all regulars, but CHBE and CFUV are a little harder so I consider those DX signals.

I've never picked up CHBE, CFUV, or CBU -1 before. CKKQ and CIOC come in like locals for me at times, though.

You have NEVER picked up CBU-FM1 on 92.1? It is a blaster in Western Washington. 107.3 is a bit tougher however, and more now with CSN destroying it.

Never. I have only picked up a Spanish LP translator of KNTB in Lakewood, WA. I assume that I would have been able to hear it before that station hit the air. [Please note that I have only tried picking up CBU-1 in the south sound where there was a chance of hearing that translator.

I think I may have caught CHBE once in Tacoma, but that must have been a time when CSN was off air. Even if I tried to catch CHBE now, I think I would end up getting KANY instead.

CIOC is decent. I never hear any co-channel interference, but there is a lot of static. CKKQ would sound like a local, but unfortunately KKRZ Portland ends up breaking in at times.

KINK is the only reliable signal that I have from Portland (thankfully so, for my enjoyment). KXL is a thing of the past thanks to KGHO; the KHTP signal on 103.3 has messed with the KKCW signal as well.

Yeah it would be so nice to actually be able to have a chance at KKCW. A couple days after I got the G8 I was able to null the KHTP translator and pull in KKCW, but that's only been once.

I would say that that KHTP translator should either be eliminated/moved to a booster of 103.7, but then another bogus LP station would start up. Even a translator of that awful music on KHTP is better than the alternatives.
