Can't tell you, but take a visit down here, especially Ft. Lauderdale, turn on your FM car radio, and count the pirates.
*Today* I heard one along Griffin Rd. on 94.1!! Never mind that 93.9 is 1st adjacent *and* was running IBOC until last week....Either they waste no time, or it may have been running despite the HD (but then, who would hear it?)
We could open an FCC office down here strictly for pirate radio ops.
