WDBY was unlistenable today due to someone transmitting on the adjacent frequency 105.3. The offending transmitter had to be of decent power as I received the station in the parking garage of St. Francis, and again when trying for WDBY in the parking lot of HVFCU in Hyde Park. Anyone else pick up on this?
 
it would be interesting to see if 105.5 WDBY can still keep in 1.7 in the Poughkeepsie book with 105.3 broadcasting next to it. although it would be cool to see a pirate broadcaster show up in the arbitron ratings, but we all know you cant do that with 10 reggae cd's on shuffle and the mixer's bass cranked up all the way. its got a killer signal all the way down RT. 9 through Wappingers gets kinda choppy in fishkill though
