Pirate in Spartanburg on 99.5?

I was listening to Star 99.5 in Spartanburg driving north on SC-9 between Bus-85 and I-85. Star has a pretty decent signal around there, but I noticed very loud, uncensored hip hop music coming in for a stretch of a couple of miles. Anyone noticed anything other than Star’s AC format on 99.5 in Spartanburg? I’m not aware of another 99.5 anywhere around there, much less one playing uncensored (the FCC would NOT be happy) hip hop.
