Pirate on 102.5?

I'm in the short north area, and am picking faint dance music on 102.5FM. Anybody know what it could be? Is there an LP from somewhere that I'm picking up? I checked radio stations that *could* be playing the music that was on just to make sure it wasn't just a signal bleeding over. It isn't.

My first guess (since it's not bleed over) would be that a neighbor or business near you is running one of those 30 dollar/30 feet low power FM transmitters. Are there any station IDs, Sweepers or DJ or even a commercial?

I have not heard it since posting this thread. The transmitter things were probably what I was hearing.
