Pirate on 90.1 - MONO - Possibly Creole

I was rolling through Burlington/Woburn/Winchester/Arlington today around 15:30 and picked up what I assume is a pirate broadcasting in mono on 90.1. The further S.E. I got the clearer it came in so I'm assuming its from Boston. It was playing dated sounding (90s ?) creole pop and hiphop. A few songs were bilingual with english elements and there was no shortage of profanity and N-Bombs.

Anyone else catch this?
